Gamarra Media is run by Dr. Eddie Gamarra whose mission is to bring together storytellers across various media, be they authors, illustrators, animators, filmmakers, showrunners, or producers, and partner them with literary agents, publishers, studios and distributors in order to sell compelling stories and build franchises across entertainment and publishing.

As a Producer, I also lead a powerhouse consortium of expert makers and gifted storytellers who together are reshaping the future of media across film, television, and publishing.  We are working on both a slate of  2D digital-first animated series based on kids books as well as a slate of live action genre films that are castable, cost-effective, and have compelling concepts at the core.  The consortium consists of former studio execs, leaders of animation studios, freelance writers, book editors, film/TV directors, and indie producers who all share one common passion: making great stories come to life on page and on screen.​

With academic credentials from Vassar, NYU, and a PhD from Emory, Eddie combines intellectual rigor with a deep passion for storytelling, continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in both live-action and animated entertainment.
